Four stages. No mystery.

Commission

You brief us. We interview you for 60-90 minutes — not about your product, but about your customer. What do they fear? What do they desire? What have they tried before? What language do they use? This interview changes everything.

Investigation

We research independently. We read your reviews, your competitors' reviews, your forum threads, your support tickets. We build a customer language file — the raw material from which all copy will be forged.

Composition

First draft. Written by a senior copywriter in strategic Google Docs with margin annotations explaining every persuasion decision. You see the architecture, not just the words.

IV

Revision

Your notes. Our edits. We refine until every sentence passes a simple test: does this move the reader closer to the desired action? If not, it goes.
